(VOVworld) – Vietnam ambassador to France Nguyen Ngoc Son has told the Voice of Vietnam that the agreement on Vietnam-France strategic partnership signed in 2013 was a specific step to realize both countries’ political determination to deepen bilateral ties. He said that it is necessary to increase visit exchanges, maintain existing dialogue mechanisms, boost economic cooperation, and create favorable conditions for businesses to access each other’s market. He added that both countries should expand cooperation in education and training and cultural and people-to-people exchanges. He said that the Vietnamese community in France, most of which are intellectuals, has contributed greatly to Vietnam’s development, helping to promote Vietnam’s image to French people.
