(VOVworld) – A Vietnamese worker who returned from Guinea, one of the countries affected by Ebola, tested negative for Ebola.

The National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology confirmed the results of three blood tests on the worker, showing he was negative for Ebola. Earlier, initial results showed that the worker tested positive for malaria. The worker has been recovering, but he has to stay in the hospital for 21 days so that doctors can monitor his health.
