Pham Chau Giang, a representative from the Vietnam Competition Agency |
Pham Chau Giang from the Vietnam Competition Agency, said this is the first time Vietnam made such a decision:“The anti-dumping tax aims to create a fair competition between the dumped goods and domestic products in compliance with WTO principles to protect domestic manufacturers. Earlier, Vietnamese goods faced more than 100 anti-dumping tax decisions over the past 10 years, which makes this decision late in comparison with the world.”
