(VOVworld)-The International Labor Organization and the General Statistic Office have signed a memorandum of understanding on labor statistics in Vietnam.

The agreement will take effect until 2016 and raise the capacity of statistic suppliers, users and  data collection work to ensure sustainable database for better policy making.  Capacity building on sustainable employment data and labor market in-depth research will be the priority in bilateral cooperation in the future. The ILO support is part of its plan in connection to the National Employment Program and the UN Plan from 2012 to 2016.
