Major General Hoang Kim Phung, Director of the Vietnam Peacekeeping Department, said, “VINBAX-2022 paralleled the practical operations of the UN Mission.”
“We have a team of army engineers and a military medical team in the South Sudan mission. Those were two major focuses of this exercise. We believe the exercise will help those who are going to participate in UN missions complete their assigned tasks,” said Phung.
