During the meeting, General Secretary To Lam reaffirmed Vietnam's commitment to fostering a strong and friendly partnership with Kyrgyzstan, expressing the desire to enhance bilateral cooperation across all sectors.

Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev praised Vietnam’s remarkable socio-economic achievements and its growing international standing under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam. He also expressed Kyrgyzstan’s interest in learning from Vietnam’s development experience.

Both leaders agreed that the two countries share significant potential for expanding cooperation based on mutual interests. They emphasized the importance of high-level exchanges through bilateral and multilateral frameworks, including Party-to-Party and parliamentary diplomacy. Key areas of future collaboration include security and defense cooperation, enhancing transport connectivity, including air, rail, and logistics, and strengthening economic ties between Vietnam, Southeast Asia, Kyrgyzstan, and Central Asia.

Later the same day, President Luong Cuong also met with Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev, further underscoring Vietnam’s commitment to deepening relations with Kyrgyzstan.
