Vietnam’s naval ship completes MNEK-5 activities
(VOVWORLD) - Ship 09 of Vietnam’s Naval Region 2 Command has successfully concluded its participation in the sea phase of the 5th Multilateral Naval Exercise Komodo (MNEK-5), held off the east coast of Bali, Indonesia, last Saturday.

During the exercise, Ship 09 collaborated with naval vessels from Malaysia and Indonesia in communication drills, information-sharing, and search-and-rescue operations.
Captain Lukman Kharish, a member of the MNEK-5 organizing panel, praised the Vietnamese Navy for its professionalism and dedication.
Vietnam, a regular participant in the Komodo exercises, has consistently earned high recognition for its strong sense of responsibility.
