(VOVworld) – The Government Inspectorate of Vietnam and the Lao Government Inspection Authority are committed to continued cooperation in inspection, settlement of complaints, denunciations, and anti-corruption efforts.

The statement was made during talks in Vientiane on Monday between a delegation of the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam and their Lao counterparts. This is part of a 5-day visit to Laos by a Vietnamese delegation led by Deputy Inspector General Tran Duc Luong.

The same day, the Vietnamese team paid a courtesy visit to Lao Deputy Prime Minister AsangLaoly who said he hopes the two agencies will continue to cooperate. Luong said in recent years the agencies have shared their experience in inspection management, thereby strengthening the Vietnam-Laos comprehensive partnership.
