(VOVworld) - The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will collaborate with People’s Committees of Vietnam’s northwestern provinces on a program called “Colors of the Northwestern Region” to be held next Thursday in Hanoi. The event marks Vietnam Ethnic Group Cultural Day, April 19th. The “Colors of the Northwestern Region” program introduces the region’s culture, art, customs, and people.
