(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnam Off-road PVOIL Cup 2020 will take place this weekend at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism in Hanoi’s Son Tay town, the event’s organising board has announced.

The annual event will attract a total of 80 teams with 160 drivers, competing in four categories of pick-up trucks, SUVs, advanced and open. The event, which will be broadcast live on VTV Cab, FPT, and VTC Now, has a total prize of 13,000 USD in cash and 4,300 USD in kind.
The Vietnam Off-road PVOIL Cup is the first off-road car race this year. In just two days from the opening of the registration, nearly 100 teams completed the registration form and paid the participation fee.
