The Prime Minister said the 10th Asia Pacific Co-operative Ministers’ Conference taking place in Hanoi has provided Vietnam with experience in cooperatives development. This is an important model for national growth and it is of significant to Vietnam’s policy focus. The Prime Minister called for the alliance’s support to Vietnam in improving its cooperatives competitiveness and joining global market through sustainable businesses, high tech added value products and cross border cooperatives network.
