Vietnam Red Cross Society to deliver 1.5 million gifts to the poor
(VOVWORLD) -The Vietnam Red Cross Society plans to donate 1.5 million gifts to the poor, Agent Orange victims, disadvantaged people and those affected by natural disasters in 2019 ahead of the Tet (Lunar New Year) festival.

VNRC’s annual campaign for this year called ‘Tet for the poor and Agent Orange victims 2020,’ mobilizes support from domestic and international communities to help poor and AO families nationwide.
There will be many supporting activities including visiting and presenting gifts, repairing houses, building houses, giving health insurance cards, providing free medical examinations and treatment, granting scholarships, and donating cows to poor households.
