Vietnam repatriates 350 citizens from Australia, New Zealand
(VOVWORLD) - 350 Vietnamese citizens were brought home from Australia and New Zealand on Friday thanks to Vietnamese authorities, Vietnam Airlines, and relevant agencies in the host countries.
The returnees included children under the age of 18, persons with severe illnesses, pregnant women, workers with expired or cancelled contracts, and students whose schools shut down due to the epidemic. After arriving at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City, all passengers and crew members were examined and placed in quarantine as required by regulations.
