Vietnam reports no new community infections of COVID-19 for 39 consecutive days
(VOVWORLD) - No fresh coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Vietnam for the past 24 hours, marking 39 straight days with no new locally transmitted infections, according to the Ministry of Health.

The nation’s Covid-19 tally now stands at 326 after one was added Monday. Of these only 54 are active patients.
The latest case is a student returning from France who was quarantined upon arrival.
There has been no Covid-19 death in Vietnam to date.
More than 15,000 people are currently quarantined in the country after coming from abroad or having come into contact with Covid-19 patients.
The Covid-19 pandemic has affected 213 countries and territories, and its reported death toll has crossed 346,000.
