Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung

(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has praised the importance of unity and consensus in the ASEAN over the past 5 decades.
In his keynote speech celebrating the ASEAN Community foundation on Thursday, the Prime Minister said the ASEAN’s 2025 vision confirms the grouping’s determination towards an ASEAN Community for the people and expanded relations with partners.

He said Vietnam has been an active member of the ASEAN, reflecting its policy to diversify its foreign relations: “Vietnam needs to promote its internal strengths and innovation to successfully integrate with the ASEAN Community. We have to join efforts in making full use of advantages for sustainable and rapid development. Vietnam will implement integration commitments in earnest and successfully realize the ASEAN 2025 vision with ASEAN members”
