(VOVworld) - The State Agency for Technology Innovation (SATI) under the Ministry of Science and Technology and its partners from the Republic of Korea held a seminar titled “New technologies in energy conservation and environment protection” and signed an agreement on energy-saving technology transfer on Tuesday in Ho Chi Minh City.

SATI Deputy Head Pham The Dung highlighted the Vietnamese Government’s special attention to technology in cutting greenhouse gases and developing renewable energies. He said the agency has signed several cooperation agreements with international partners to improve the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises. 

The seminar featured presentations by South Korea firms on managing power generation to reduce waste and recycle energy, essential to helping enterprises grow sustainably.
