Vietnam, RoK share experiences in controlling COVID-19 pandemic
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh talked by phone with Foreign Minister of the Republic of Korea (RoK) Kang Kyung-wha on Thursday to discuss bilateral cooperation in the fight against Covid-19 and economic recovery.

The two shared experience in Covid-19 control and agreed on the importance of collaboration. Mr. Minh said Vietnam is considering resuming commercial flights to several countries, including the Republic of Korea. He urged the Korea to step up cooperation within the ASEAN-Korea and the Mekong-Korea frameworks by joining pilot projects and contributing to the sustainable development of the Mekong region.
Minister Kang promised to help Korean enterprises expand their business and investment in Vietnam, and pledged to step up cooperation within the ASEAN and Mekong mechanisms.
