The seminar, partly face-to-face and partly online, drew 150 delegates, including representatives of ministries and agencies of the Russian Federation, and businesses and business associations of Vietnam and Russia.

Delegates agreed that Vietnam and Russia have favorable conditions for economic-trade cooperation and deepening their comprehensive strategic partnership. Vietnam is a safe and attractive destination for foreign businesses, the delegates agreed, and said they believe cooperation between Vietnam and Russia can help overcome problems caused by the COVID-19 epidemic.
