Attendees reviewed past cultural cooperation between Vietnam and Russia and suggested new ways to promote cultural exchange.  Many agreed that Vietnam and Russia shared certain similarities.  Vietnam and Russia have held a number of cultural activities like “Russian Cultural Days” and “A Week of Russian Films” in Vietnam, and vice versa. A Russian book on Vietnamese culture was introduced at the seminar.
