(VOVworld) - The Communist Party of Vietnam has sent wishes of success to the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party on the occasion of its 10^th National Party Congress. The congratulatory message said Lao’s 10^th National Party Congress is an important political event. Vietnam always supports the Lao Party’s leadership and believes that under that leadership, the Lao people will gain more achievements in national construction and defense and successfully implement the resolution to be adopted at the 10^th Congress towards a socialist-oriented country of peace, independence, and development.
