(VOV) - Deputy Foreign Minister Ho Xuan Son and Slovakia’s Foreign Minister Peter Burian met and conducted political consultation in Hanoi yesterday. They briefed each other on their respective countries’ socio-economic situation and discussed measures to increase their traditional friendship and multifaceted cooperation in politics-diplomacy, economics, trade, investment, education-training, culture, and tourism. They also discussed world issues of mutual concern. Both host and guest expressed their resolve to cooperate closely and support each other at international forums. They acknowledged the current effective cooperation between the two ministries and agreed to strengthen the regular political consultation mechanism so as to boost bilateral relations.
