Vietnam to meet 2020 target of 40 billion USD from agricultural export
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam’s goal of earning 40 billion USD from agricultural exports this year is within reach, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Deputy Minister Phung Duc Tien told reporters in Hanoi on Tuesday that agro-forestry and fishery export revenue hit 30 billion USD in the past 9 months.
He said since the Vietnam-EU Free Trade Agreement came into force in August, agricultural export to the EU has risen 20% to more than 760 million USD.
