The Ministry will finalize a law on Vietnamese people working abroad under contract. This year Vietnam expects to sign a deal to send skilled Vietnamese workers to Germany. According to the Department of Overseas Labor, 650,000 Vietnamese are working in 40 countries and territories worldwide, mostly in Japan, Taiwan (China), and the Republic of Korea.
