(VOVworld) - Vietnam continues to rank top among foreign visitors to Cambodia.

According to data released by the Cambodian Tourism Ministry on Monday, more than 800,000 Vietnamese tourists visited Cambodia in 2013, up 12% compared to the previous year. In recent years, Vietnam has been the country with  the highest number of travelers to Cambodia, accounting for 20% of total foreign arrivals.

Most foreign tourists to Cambodia visit the UNESCO-recognized temple of Angkor Wat in Siem Reap or the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh. Other favorite tourist attractions include Tonle Sap Lake and the ancient temple of Preah Vihear bordering Thailand.
