Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Do Hung Viet last week attended the 9th Raisina Dialogue in New Delhi, India, involving 2,500 delegates from more than 100 countries.
At the event themed "Conflict, Competition, Cooperation, Creation", Deputy FM Viet said that Vietnam and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) are committed to creating a resilient and comprehensive community network and promoting the important role of multilateral cooperation, constructive dialogue and prosperity for all.
The Raisina Dialogue is an annual conference organized by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) since 2016. India's prestigious multilateral forum gathers high-ranking officials, experts, scholars, and managers to discuss geopolitical and geoeconomic issues.
