Vietnam has welcomed nearly 4.3 million foreign arrivals in the first four months of this year, 30% more than last year. The number of tourists arriving by air increased, but the number arriving by sea surged sharply – 120% year on year. Foreign arrivals from Asia, Europe, America, Oceania, and Africa increased anywhere from 24% to 38%.
