President of the Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/dioxin (VAVA), Nguyen Van Rinh underscored the cooperation between the two associations in the last 10 years. This 5-day program marks the Vietnam – South Korea Friendship Year 2012 and the 20th anniversary of the two countries’ diplomatic ties.
