(VOVworld) - Hoang Binh Quan, head of the Commission for External Relations of the Party’s Central Committee says he hopes Vietnamese and Chinese youths will do their best to nurture the relationship between their two countries.

Quan made the remark in Hanoi at a reception for Luo Mei, Secretary of the Communist Youth League of the China Secretariat on Wednesday. Luo is leading the Chinese delegation to a friendship exchange program with Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh Youth Union. Quan praised the exchange as an opportunity for young citizens to learn more about the time-honoured friendship between the two countries toward deepening bilateral relations.
