(VOVworld) – First Secretary of the Youth Union, Nguyen Dac Vinh, hosted an online dialogue entitled “Year of Youth Volunteers” on the government web portal on Monday.

He answered 30 questions including measures to improve the quality and efficiency of youth volunteer campaigns this year. He encouraged the influence of role models and the involvement of foreign volunteers in Vietnam. Vinh said: "In Vietnam, not only young people but all people can engage in voluntary activities. Young people are abundant and the core force. We have organized charity activities in Laos and Cambodia. We have also worked with volunteers from Canada, Singapore, and other countries."
Mr. Vinh called on all cadres and youth union members to join the youth volunteer campaigns.
