Vietnamese citizens in Taiwan brought home
(VOVWORLD) - 240 Vietnamese citizens in Taiwan, China were brought home on Tuesday thanks to the joint efforts of Vietnamese agencies, the Vietnamese Culture-Economics Office in Taiwan, Vietjet Air, and Taiwaness agencies.
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat international airport, the passengers and crew members received health checks and were quarantined. In the coming days, more flights will be arranged to return Vietnamese citizens home from other countries per the Prime Minister’s direction. This is dependent on the pandemic's developments, quarantine capacity of Vietnamese localities, and demand of Vietnamese citizens living abroad.
