(VOVworld)- A Vietnam Festival will be held in Yokohama city, Kanagawa prefecture, Japan on October 29 and 30.

Vietnamese culture to be introduced in Japan

The event is first of activities of bilateral cultural exchanges between Vietnam in Japan that aim to further promote Vietnamese culture among the Japanese people and enhance bilateral ties. Vietnamese Ambassador to Japan Nguyen Quoc Cuong told reporters that the festival will bring Vietnamese culture closer to local people in Kanagawa prefecture and pave the way for bilateral economic, trade, tourism, and cultural cooperation.
