Vietnamese Embassies celebrate Vietnam’s National Day
(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnamese Embassy in Hungary hosted a reception for 200 guests to mark Vietnam’s 74th National Day on September 2nd.

Ambassador Nguyen Tien Thuc said the Vietnamese government and people have always reserved special emotion for the Hungarian government and people. He said Vietnam hope to continue to have support from Hungary and other partners in the future.
Hungarian secretary of state for foreign affairs Andras Baranyi hoped both countries will exchange high-level delegations and organize activities to mark the 70th anniversary of bilateral diplomatic ties in 2020.
The Vietnamese Consulate General in Vancouver, Canada, on Saturday held a meeting to mark Vietnam’s National Day. Consul General Trinh Tu Lan said as an ASEAN Chair in 2020 and a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council in the 2020-2021 term, Vietnam will contribute more to global peace, stability, and development.
India’s secretary of state for home affairs G.Kishan Reddy told Vietnamese Ambassador to India Pham Sanh Chau that Vietnam is a reliable friend and an important partner of India’s “Act East Policy”. Ambassador Chau said Vietnam and India should enhance effort to maintain law-based order, including the freedom of aviation and navigation under the 1982 UNCLOS. He called on all countries to work for regional peace, security, stability, development, and prosperity.
