(VOVworld) – Vietnamese expatriates around the world are enjoying celebrations of Tet, Vietnam’s Lunar New Year festival.

On Monday, the Vietnamese Embassy in Cambodia delivered New Year greetings and gifts to Vietnamese people living in difficulty in Kanda province. They also gave rice to 200 poor Vietnamese families in Kean Svay province.
The Vietnamese Embassy in Indonesia held a get-together on Monday ahead of Tet. Vietnamese Ambassador Hoang Anh Tuan extended his sincere thanks to Indonesians and other foreign friends for supporting Vietnam and urged them to continue their generous assistance.
Similar events have been held in Morocco, Israel, and New Zealand.
