The festival aims to promote the cuisine to a wider public in Bangladesh. Throughout the week, visitors were treated to various signature dishes, including pho bo (noodle soup with beef), shrimp spring rolls, banana tapioca pudding, and baked banana cake. The event also featured Vietnamese folk singing, traditional lanterns and conical hats, and images of scenic sites from the Southeast Asian nation.
