Mr Cuong said relations between the two Assemblies have grown stronger and the two sides have supported and closely coordinated with each other at multilateral parliamentary forums.
Cuong expressed his hope that the two legislative offices will continue to coordinate closely to implement the cooperation agreement signed in June 2022 in Budapest on the occasion of an official visit to Hungary by Vietnamese NA Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue. He suggested signing a new cooperation agreement to further share experience and enhance cultural exchange between the two NA offices.
Mr. Gyorgy praised the establishment of the Vietnam-Hungary Friendship Parliamentary Group and said the Hungarian NA is forming a similar group in Hungary. He said signing a new cooperation agreement would facilitate implementing the agreement signed in Hungary in June.
