(VOVWORLD) - National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue told UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres in Hanoi on Saturday that Vietnam pursued consistently its sustainable development orientations and inclusive growth without leaving anyone behind.

The legislative body will finetune its legal system in line with international standards and new generation free trade agreements for active and responsible international integration.
He called for more connectivity with UN activities and support in capacity building in line with the SDGs and Vietnamese international commitments.
The UN Chief welcomed Vietnam’s initiatives and reiterated the UN full support in line with the international law, including the 1982 UN Convention on the Law of the Sea
