Vietnamese National Day is celebrated nationwide
(VOVWORLD) - The Hanoi Department of Tourism, the Thang Long-Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center, and the Vietnamese Village Communal Club organized the program "Ao dai connecting Hanoi tourism and heritage" in Hanoi on Friday.

This is an activity to celebrate the 78th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2. It also opens a series of events under the program "Hanoi Tourism Ao Dai Festival 2023".
More than 100 civil servants from agencies and organizations participated in the program. In the traditional long dress, they also paraded around Hanoi by bicycle.
On Thursday, a program marking National Day and celebrating the Cultural and Sports Festival of Ethnic Minorities, and 2023 Culture and Tourism Week was held in Than Uyen district, Lai Chau province. The events feature Mong ethnic folk arts competition, the re-enactment of "New Rice" festival of the Kho Mu ethnic group, Kin Pang festival of the Thai people, Than Uyen culinary flavor contest, boat race, and folk games.

For the first time, Than Uyen district coordinated with the Hanoi Off-Road Motorcycle Club to organize the Off-Road Motorcycle Racing Tournament "Than Uyen Enduro Challenge Cup 2023 ”.
To mark the occasion, the Ben Tre provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a special art program upholding patriotic traditions and affirming the great values of culture and art in the glorious journeys of the Vietnamese revolution.
