(VOVWORLD) - All eight members of the Vietnamese national team competing at the 2024 Asian Physics Olympiad won medals including 1 gold, 1 silver, 6 bronze.

The gold medal was won by Than The Cong, a 12th grader at Bac Giang High School for the Gifted in Bac Giang province. Ha Duyen Phuc, a 12th grader at Lam Son High School for the Gifted in Thanh Hoa province, received the silver medal.
The 24th Asian Physics Olympiad, from June 3 to June 10 in Malaysia, drew 208 contestants representing 27 countries and territories.
