(VOVWORLD) -The Vietnam Food and Goods Week was underway this week in Nottingham city, in the Midlands region of England, to promote Vietnamese products and business opportunities. It was organized by the Trade Office of the Vietnamese Embassy in the UK and EUTEK Group.

At the event on Friday, participants were introduced to today's Vietnam with its potentials and strengths in trade, as well as a safe and attractive destination for foreign investors, including those from the UK.
Delegates were also informed about Nottingham, a city with many investment advantages with an ambitious green growth program, good transport infrastructure, and a city administration that create maximum conditions for investors. Guests were treated to traditional Vietnamese dishes and fresh fruits.
During the Vietnam Food and Goods Week, fine art furniture, coffee, fresh fruit, dried fruit, canned fruit juice, dry vermicelli, dry noodle, rice paper rolls, cashew nuts, and fragrant rice of reputable Vietnamese export enterprises are displayed at the Vietnamese market in Nottingham city.
