Vietnam-Poland share defense experience

(VOVworld) – Defense Minister, General Phung Quang Thanh, expressed his hope that defense cooperation between Vietnam and Poland will make positive progress in the future. He said this at a meeting with visiting Polish Defense Minister Tomasz Siemoniak in Hanoi on Thursday. The two Ministers agreed to organise a deputy ministerial-level defence dialogue and work together on training and the defence industry.

Vietnam and Poland will celebrate the 65th anniversary of diplomatic ties in 2015. The two countries’ armies will organize displays of their socio-economic, security and national defense. Minister Siemoniak stated that Poland is willing to share its experience in UN peacekeeping activities.
