(VOVworld) – The world largest travel site Tripadvisor has named Vietnam’s Ha Noi capital, Ho Chi Minh city, Hoi An ancient town, and Halong bay among 25 Top Destinations in Asia in 2013. Tripadvisor Vice President Robin Ingle said that Vietnam is attractive to a fair number of visitors worldwide, adding that its tourism has made an extraordinary effort.

According to the Tripadvisor webpage, the history-rich capital of Vietnam has preserved its old quarter, museums, and architecture alongside its modern buildings. Ponds, parks, tree-lined roads, and 600 pagodas and churches have elevated the city’s beauty. Tripadvisor described Ho Chi Minh city as Vietnam’s biggest city which symbolizes the national cultural and economic development. Hoi An reflects Vietnam’s preservation of the key Southeast Asian trading port between 15^th and 19^th century. Meanwhile Ha Long Bay is listed as a must-see place for its amazingly beautiful limestone islands and caves.
