(VOVworld) – Vietnam’s land, culture, and people were highlighted at an exchange on Thursday with 50 teachers and students in Kremenchuk in Ukraine's Poltava.

This was part of activities conducted by the Vietnamese Embassy in Ukraine to promote Vietnamese culture. Vietnamese Ambassador to Ukraine Nguyen Minh Tri said the exchange deepened mutual understanding and friendship between the two countries and peoples. During the program, embassy staff introduced the history, culture, education, customs, and landscapes of Vietnam to local teachers and students who in return shared stories about their homeland and performed Ukrainian folk dances.
