Traditional channels for import-export transactions have been replaced with digital platforms. VECOM’s Vice Chairman Nguyen Ngoc Dung said promoting e-commerce transactions is vital for businesses and that his association will help businesses accelerate digital transformation.
"The e-commerce industry has dramatically changed over the past few years, especially since COVID-19 broke out. Cross-border ecommerce activities in the export sector have increased 30%. During the pandemic, production and supply chains were disrupted but e-commerce kept growing," said Dung.
