(VOVworld) – Business potentials and opportunities in agriculture, forestry and fisheries in Vietnam were introduced at a seminar held Thursday in Alexandria, Egypt, by the Vietnamese Embassy in Egypt.

Addressing the ceremony, Ambassador Dao Thanh Chung briefed participants on Vietnam’s economy and the potential for Vietnam and Egypt to cooperate in agriculture, forestry, and fishing. Ambassador Chung mentioned various problems and solutions in bilateral economic relations, highlighting the Vietnamese Embassy’s role as a bridge between Vietnamese and Egyptian businesses. Adel Aref, representative of the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce in Alexandria, hailed the seminar for making Egyptian businesses aware of investment opportunities in Vietnam. He expressed his hope that the seminar will boost trade relations and open new cooperative opportunities for Vietnam and Egypt.
