Vietnam’s national brand value increases by 12 billion USD
(VOVWORLD) -Vietnam’s national brand value increased 12 billion USD to reach 247 billion USD this year, up 5.4 per cent over last year’s value, according to the Brand Finance’s annual report on the most valuable and strongest national brands 2019.
The world’s leading independent branded business valuation and strategy consultancy kept Việt Nam’s brand strength index at A+. Factors taken into account in the report include the value of product brands, brands of large companies, improvement of the government’s business investment environment and Vietnam’s forecasts of GDP growth and import-export growth. Hoang Minh Chien, deputy director of the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Trade Promotion Agency, said: “The Ministry of Industry and Trade will cooperate with ministries and provinces to make regulatory supplements to ensure the development of brands for better competitiveness in international integration.”
