Vietnam is also expected to record trade surplus this year.
Exports of key items including telephones, electronics, machinery and components are projected to grow between 15 and 25%.
In October, the industrial production index was estimated to increase by nearly 7% against the previous month, largely attributed to the recovery of the manufacturing sector in Ho Chi Minh City and its neighboring industrial hubs.
