(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam resumed commercial international flights on Friday after shutting them down due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

The Vietnam Airlines flight departed South Korea’s Incheon International Airport at 10 am Friday morning. Upon arrival at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport, all passengers and crew members were quarantined and the aircraft was disinfected.
Korean Air will also resume its Incheon-Ho Chi Minh route on Friday and its Incheon-Hanoi route next Tuesday with 2 flights per week.
