Kim wished a peaceful and happy Christmas to Phero Nguyen Van Nhon, President of the Vietnam Episcopal Council and Archbishop of Hanoi, and all the dignitaries and followers of the diocese. He wished for more cooperation between the Catholic community and the Fatherland Front in the building of the national solidarity block. The diocese dignitaries pledged to encourage local Catholics to be both good followers and citizens for national development.
