(VOVworld) – Vietnamese Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh and his Filipino counterpart, Albert Del Rosario, co-chaired the first meeting on Thursday of the Joint Working Committee on the Vietnam-Philippines Strategic Partnership.
Pham Binh Minh, who is also the Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister, made the 3-day visit to the Philippines to enhance bilateral cooperative relations and discuss several international issues.
