(VOVworld) – Vietnamese representative agencies in China will continue to work with the Chinese side to satisfactorily solve the case involving two Vietnamese fishing boats and their crews detained by China earlier.

Assistant to head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Consular Department Luong Thanh Quang told reporters on Tuesday that the 13 Vietnamese fishermen detained by China have been freed and are on the way home. Quang said 7 of the fishermen work on boat QB 93256 TS from Quang Binh and six others on boat QNg 94912 TS from Quang Ngai.
